摘  要:采用物理弹性和化学弹性两种工艺对毛织物进行抗皱整理,其中化学弹性工艺处理效果较佳。探讨了蒸呢工艺中蒸呢温度、蒸呢时间、蒸呢压强、压辊压强和包布张力对毛织物抗皱性能和颜色的影响。结果表明,在蒸呢温度110℃,蒸呢时间110 s,蒸呢压强0.06 MPa,压辊压强0.40 MPa和包布张力1 470 N的工艺条件下,毛织物的抗皱性能可达4级以上,色差△E<0.30。经抗皱整理剂NANO-PU整理后,毛织物的抗皱性能可提高1级左右。Crease-resistant finish of worsted fabric is carried out using mechanical and chemical elasto- meric processes. It is found that chemical elastomeric process is the most suitable one. In decating pro- cess, the effects of decating temperature, time and pressure, roller pressure and wrapped tension on the anti-wrinkle performance and color of the fabric are discussed. The results show that the wool fabric features level 4+ of anti-wrinkle performance, and lower than 0.3 of color difference AE under the condi- tions of decating pressure 0.06 MPa, roller pressure 0.4 MPa, wrapped tension 1 470 N, decating at 110 ℃ for 110 s. After finished with anti-wrinkle agent NANO-PU, the worsted fabric can improve the an- ti-wrinkle performance by about I level.
