中和剂对靛蓝牛仔布高锰酸钾处理效果的影响

摘  要:将高锰酸钾纯溶液及高锰酸钾/磷酸混合溶液对靛蓝牛仔布进行褪色处理,再分别用焦亚硫酸钠、草酸、除锰晶D和硫酸羟胺进行中和处理,以去除布面残留的棕黄色二氧化锰残留物色斑。通过测定和比较织物的颜色指标、各试剂的BOD值和COD值,综合评价各中和效果。结果表明,先单独用高锰酸钾进行褪色再中和处理,牛仔布的褪色和发黄程度降低。加入磷酸能提升高锰酸钾的褪色能力,但中和后布面发黄程度有所增加。与其他几种中和剂相比,除锰晶D的中和效果好,用量少,且环保性能优越。Indigo denims are respectively treated by potassium permanganate solution or potassium per- manganate/phosphoric acid solutions, followed by neutralized with sodium metabisulfite, oxalic acid, manganese salt cleaner D and hydroxylamine respectively in order to remove the tan stain of manga- nese residue on the fabric. Decoloration is evaluated by measuring the fabric color index and BOD val- ues and COD values of chemicals at their application dosage. The results show that color fading and tan stain are reduced greatly when treated by potassium permanganate solution followed by several neutral- izers respectively. Adding some phosphoric acid can increase fading performance, but the yellowing is increased. Compared with several neutralizers, neutralizing performance of manganese salt cleaner D is the best with least dosage and superior environmental performance.
