微针滚轮联合外用药物治疗黄褐斑27例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微针滚轮联合外用药物治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效和安全性。方法 51例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组,治疗组27例,接受微针滚轮治疗,并湿敷维生素C,然后外涂类人胶原蛋白修复敷料及氢醌乳膏;对照组24例,单纯外用类人胶原蛋白修复敷料及氢醌乳膏治疗,观察疗效及不良反应。结果治疗结束后,治疗组MASI评分8.38±0.88,有效率51.85%;对照组MASI评分14.94±2.09,有效率20.83%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),但是治疗组患者满意率(77.78%)和对照组患者满意率(54.17%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组患者均未见严重不良反应。结论微针滚轮联合维生素C、类人胶原蛋白以及氢醌乳膏可提高黄褐斑疗效,且不良反应小。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of microneedle roller combined with topical medicines for melasma.Methods Fifty-one patients were randomly divided into the treatment and control group.Twenty-seven cases in the treatment group were treated with microneedle roller plus wet compresses with vitamin C, followed by topical human-like collagen repair dressing and hydroquinone cream.Twenty-four cases in the control group were treated with topical human-like collagen repair dressing and hydroquinone cream.The clinical efficacy and side effects were assessed after treatment.Results At the end of the treatment course,MASI scores were significantly decreased and effective rates were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the controls（MASI scores： 8.38±0.88 vs.14.94±2.09; effective rates： 51.85% vs.20.83%; all P〈0.05）.Patients＇ satisfaction rates were similar between treatment group（77.78%）and control group（54.17%）（P〉0.05）.There were no severe adverse events in either group.Conclusion Combination therapy of microneedle roller, vitamin C, human-like collagen repair dressing and hydroquinone cream can improve the therapeutic efficacy for melasma without severe adverse reactions.
