左西替利嗪联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹80例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价左西替利嗪联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的240例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为3组,对照1组(80例)予左西替利嗪口服,对照2组(80例)予地氯雷他定口服,治疗组(80例)第一天予左西替利嗪口服,第二天予地氯雷他定口服,每天交替应用,疗程均为18个月。结果治疗1和3个月时治疗组患者依从性明显高于两个对照组(P=0.019,0.013)。在治疗3个月时治疗组疗效明显优于两对照组(P=0.001),在6到18个月三组依从性及疗效差异均没有统计学意义(P均>0.05)。三组患者不良反应率均低且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左西替利嗪联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹近期疗效好,患者依从性高,远期疗效及依从性与两个药物单独治疗并无差异性,不良反应少,值得临床医生选择。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of levocetirizine combined with desloratadine for chronic urticaria.Methods Two hundred and twenty forty patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into three groups.Control group 1（80 cases）was given oral levocetirizine and control group 2（80 cases）, oral desloratadine; The treatment group（80 cases）was given oral levocetirizine and desloratadine alternately.The treatment course was 18 months.Results In the first and third month of treatment, the patients＇ compliance rates were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control groups（P=0.019,0.013）.Moreover, the efficacy was higher in the treatment group than in the control groups after 3-month treatments（P=0.001）.However, the patients＇ compliance rates, efficacy and the rates of adverse reactions did not differed in these three groups after the treatments for 6 months to 18 months（P〉0.05）.The adverse reaction rates were low in all groups.Conclusion In comparison with levocetirizine or desloratadine alone, combination of levocetirizine and desloratadine displays superior efficacy and high patients＇ compliance rates in short term, but not in long term for chronic urticaria.This combination therapy is safe, and worthwhile for the clinicians to try.
