摘 要:文章以内蒙古良种繁育中心的12个种源358个家系,7840棵西伯利亚杏植株作为调查材料,采用统计单位面积虫口数量,虫害率,病情指数,对西伯利亚杏种质保存区的虫害进行调查研究。为西伯利亚杏种质资源的抗虫性研究及改良和保护提供可靠数据。据调查,12个种源的受害程度有显著的差异,虫害率9.59%~98.24%,病情指数4.70~63.56,虫口密度1.73~12.91,严重受害率最高种源达到了64.77%。通过数据统计,分析杏球坚蚧在12个种源的选择发生量和差异。Taking 7840 Prunus Sibirica Linn plants that come from 358 families of 12 provenances in Inner Mongolian Seed Breeding Center as the research materials, by calculating the number of the pest per unit area, disease rate and disease index, this paper investigated and studied the pest of the Prunus Sibirica Linn in the germplasm resources conservation area. The aim of this paper is to provide a theoretical basis for the study, improvement and protection on the insect-resistance of the germplasm resources of the Prunus Sibirica Linn. According to the survey, there are remarkable differences in damage rate of 12 provenances: the disease rate is 9.59%-98.24%, disease index is 4.70-63.56, and insect density is 1.73 ~12.91, and the highest damage rate reached up to 64.77%. This paper also analyzed the occurrence quantity and differences of sphaerolecanium prunastri's selection in 12 provenances by statistics analysis.
