摘  要:不同的硫化剂与催化剂混合制备器外预硫化加氢催化剂,以考察催化剂的集中放热现象和集中耗氢现象。结果表明:200℃左右氮气氛围的条件下催化剂中的活性组分与硫化剂结合生成有机氧硫化物。适当比例混合的硫化剂与催化剂制成的器外预硫化催化剂,能有效的缓解集中放热和集中耗氢现象;有效的避免了床层飞温和氢气压力骤降问题。并且制成的器外预硫化催化剂拥有很高的持硫率和活性。The ex-situ presulfiding hydrogenation catalyst was prepared by mixing different vulcanizing agents and catalysts, its concentrated exothermic phenomenon and concentrated hydrogen consumption phenomenon were investigated. The results showed that the active component of the catalyst was combined with the vulcanizing agent to form organic oxysulfide at about 200 ℃ in inert gas atmosphere. The ex-situ presulfiding hydrogenation catalyst prepared by mixing appropriate proportion of vulcanizing agents and catalysts can effectively relieve concentrated exothermic and concentrated hydrogen consumption phenomena, and effectively avoid the temperature runaway between the beds and the collapse of hydrogen pressure. In addition, the prepared ex-situ presulfiding hydrogenation catalyst possesses higher sulfur retention rate and good activity.
