摘 要:剪切历史和热历史是影响原油触变性的关键因素。以大庆含蜡原油为例,测试了不同剪切历史和热历史处理后的原油滞回环曲线。研究表明,含蜡原油的触变性与测试温度、回升温度、剪切历史等因素有关,当回升温度为非牛顿温度时,原油的流动性得到改善;剪切历史使原油触变性变弱,且恒温剪切较降温剪切对原油的流动性改善效果好。Shear history and thermal history are the key factors affecting the thixotropy of crude oil. Taking Daqing waxy crude oil as an example, the hysteresis loop curves of crude oil after different shear history and thermal history treatment were measured. The results show that the thixotropy of waxy crude oil is related to test temperature, pick-up temperature, shear history and other factors. When the pick-up temperature is non Newtonian temperature, the mobility of crude oil is improved. The shear history weakens the crude oil thixotropy, and the effect of constant temperature shearing on the improvement of crude oil fluidity is better than that of cooling shearing.
