摘  要:针对水平井注水开发过程中出现的含水快速上升问题,渤海油田进行了多井次水平井调剖作业探索,实施过程中均出现注入压力高、效果不明显的问题。以BZ28-2S油田A27h井为例,分析了水平井调剖过程中注水井以及对应油井出现的问题。通过水平注水井井筒压力公式推导,得出水平注水井井筒压力分布,从而证实水平井跟部压力高、趾部压力低的压力分布和弱凝胶的化学反应特性是造成水平井调剖注入压力高的主要原因。另外,防砂筛管完井方式以及储层平面非均质性对水平井调剖过程中压力升高也有一定影响。最后,提出了改善聚合物凝胶注入性能、研发低粘调剖剂和定点注入工艺3项初步解决思路。Considering the rapid increase of water cut during the water injection development of horizontal well, several profile control measures were carried out in Bohai oilfield. But several problems, such as high injection pressure and less effect, appeared during the construction. Taking A27h well of Bohai oilfield as an example, the problems of injection and corresponding oil wells during profile control process were analyzed. The pressure distribution was obtained by deducing the pressure formula of the wellbore of horizontal water injection well. The results show that high heel pressure and low toe pressure and the chemical reaction characteristics are the main reasons of causing high injection pressure. In addition, the screen pipe completion method and the plane heterogeneity of reservoir have influence on the high injection pressure during the profile control process. At last, 3 solutions to the problems were put forward, including improving the injection property of polymer, developing the low-viscosity profile control agent and stationary injection technology.
