摘  要:乙烯裂解炉线性套管式换热器内管发生变形失效,通过换热管宏观外貌和微观金属化学组织分析,确定该换热器内管的失效属于局部超温运行高温氧化腐蚀造成的。建议加强线性套管式换热器的监控,在裂解炉升降温时,尽量提高汽包压力,对汽包和SLE低点进行排放,通过间排排出部分垢污及杂质。保证SLE底部水质清洁度。The deformation failure of the tube in the linear tube heat exchanger of ethylene cracking furnace happened. According to the analysis of the macroscopic appearance and microstructure of the heat exchange tube, the failure reasons of the inner tube of the heat exchanger were determined as follows: the local over temperature operation and oxidation corrosion. It's pointed out that the monitoring of linear tube type heat exchanger should be strengthened, the steam drum pressure should be increased during the temperature rising and dropping of eracking fumace to improve the emission of steam drum and low SLE, in order to ensure SLE bottom water cleanliness.
