摘　　要：提出了普利斯二代乙氧基化装置提高单批次体积增长比改造设计方案,并以生产200 t PEG-2000为例进行设计,结果表明循环泵最小启动量由4.6 m^3降至1.7 m^3,单批次体积增长比由6增加至16,吨产品成本下降59.12元。Transformation design scheme of Press Ⅱ ethoxylation device for increasing single batch volume growth ratio was put forward by taking producing 200 ton PEG-2000 as an example. The results showed that the least star quantity of loop pump was decreased from 4.6 m^3to 1.7 m^3, single batch volume growth ratio was increased from 6 to 16, product cost was decreased by 59.12 Yuan/ton.
