影响城市园林绿化养护质量的主要因素初步研究——以贵州省贵阳市观山湖区为例

摘　　要：采用参与式农村评估(PRA)和社会调查方法,对影响观山湖区城市园林绿化养护质量的因素进行调查。结果表明:日常养护、施工、规划与设计等技术因素以及管理、政策法规、经济、自然和社会等非技术因素对园林绿化养护质量均有不同程度的影响。通过评价排序和综合比较分析,初步确定了影响城市园林绿化养护质量的17个主要因素,并提出了影响绿化养护质量因素的控制措施。This study investigates the influence factors on urban greening and maintenance quality＇ by combining the partivipatory rural appraisal （PFZA） and social surveys. The results show that both the technical factors （such as daily maintenance, construction, planning and design） and the non-technical factors （such as management, policies, economics, nature and society） can affect the greening and maintenance quality of urban landscape at varied levels. Through evaluation ranking and comprehensive analysis, we find 17 predominant factors and propose the corresponding solutions to the greening and maintenance quality control.
