摘  要:为研究新疆地区低品位复杂矿对烧结矿质量的影响,利用60 kg烧结杯开展低品位复杂矿烧结配矿优化研究工作,探讨不同碱度、不同配碳量以及不同燃料粒级配比对烧结矿性能的影响。试验结果表明:碱度在1.65~1.75时,转鼓强度下降5个百分点,低温还原粉化指数最低,烧结矿的自然粉化较为严重。碱度在1.75~2.0时,转鼓强度随着碱度上升而增强;配碳量的增加,烧结矿强度和低温还原粉化(RDI)指数有所改善;而随着小于1 mm燃料粒度所占比例的增加,烧结矿的强度和RDI_(+3.15)指数都有变差的趋势,小于1 mm燃料粒度比例占30%的时候,烧结矿的质量最好。In order to utilize the lean ore resources rationally and optimize mixture, experimental schemes of sinter mixture were designed and carried out under different basicity,different carbon content as well as differ- ent fuel particle size by the sintering cup. The results show that the sinter strength decreased by 5% ,low tem- perature reduction disintegration index(RDI) is the lowest and the natural degradation index of the sinter was higher when sinter basicity is between 1.65 and 1.75. The sinter strength increases when sinter basicity varies from 1.75 to 2. 0. Meanwhile, the sinter strength and RDI+3.15 has been improved with the carbon content in- creasing. The sinter strength and RDI+3.15 also went bad with the fuel particle size getting smaller.
