以性病诊疗为依托的预防艾滋病行为干预模式研究

摘　　要：目的探索以性病诊疗为依托的预防艾滋病行为干预模式。方法采用追踪研究设计,以广西防城港市防城区皮肤病防治院皮肤性病科门诊为依托,对在该门诊进行性病求诊的患者或有多性伴、不安全性行为及有性伴感染史者,提供6个月临床诊疗服务与临床干预相结合的服务,干预前后进行行为监测问卷调查。结果干预后,参与者对艾滋病性病知识的知晓率较前显著提高(P<0.01);性病患者未治愈前与固定性伴经常使用避孕套的比例较前显著提高(P<0.01),与非固定性伴或性工作者经常使用避孕套的比例较前显著提高(P<0.01)。结论在临床诊疗中推广艾滋病性病干预模式相结合可显著提高艾滋病性病知识的知晓率及安全套的使用率,对预防艾滋病性病有着重要的意义。Objective To explore the intervention mode of HIV/AIDS prevention based on clinical service of sexually transmitted disease（STD）.Methods Follow-up study was conducted in this study.Based on Skin Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Fangcheng District in Fangchenggang City,6 months of clinical services and clinical intervention services were provided to patients who sought diagnosis and treatment service in the clinic,or the ones who had multiple sexual partners,unsafe sexual behaviors and their sexual partners had history of STD infection.These questionnaires about behaviors were investigated before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the accurate recognition rates for knowledge about HIV/AIDS among these participants significantly increased（P〈0.01）.The rate of frequent condom utilization among these people who had sex with fixity sexual partners before curing increased significantly（P〈0.01）,and the rates of frequent condom utilization among these people who had sex with non-fixity sexual partners and commercial sex workers also increased significantly（P〈0.01）.Conclusion To popularize combination of AIDS and STD intervention mode in clinical diagnosis and treatment can greatly improve the recognition rate of HIV related knowledge and the rate of condom use,which is significant for HIV/AIDS and STD prevention.
