摘　　要：本文以为某化工厂制造的φ3200mm甲醇合成反应器为例,介绍了Lurgi式甲醇合成反应器在生产制造过程中,从工艺角度出发采取的质量控制手段。尤其是重点阐述了针对质量、精度要求特别高的管板及其相关部件的控制手段。The paper, with 3200mm methanol synthesis reactor for a chemical factory as an example, introduced the Lurgi type methanol synthesis reactor in the production of the manufacturing process of quality control measures from the point of view of technology. Especially focuses on the quality and accuracy requirements of the special tube plate and its related components of the control means.
