摘　　要：针对工业锅炉水质检测人为操作误差大、检测周期不固定等明显缺陷,本文设计了一种基于STC12C5608AD单片机的蒸汽锅炉水硬度在线试剂检测系统。采用了可编程控制的TCS230颜色传感器作为检测装置,利用蠕动泵自动滴加化学试剂,运用数字滤波算法,精确判断水体的硬度是否合格。该系统具有使用便利、实时检测、检测结果精准等优点,具有一定的实用价值。Great error in the artificial operation in industrial boiler water quality tests, test cycle is not fixed obvious flaws, this article designs a STC12C5608AD microcontroller based steam boiler water hardness reagent online testing system. Adopted the programmable control TCS230 color sensor as the detector, using the peristaltic pump automatically add chemical reagent, use of digital filtering algo- rithm, accurately judge whether the hardness of the water. The system has convenient use, the advan- tages of real -time detection and precision of test result, has a certain practical value.
