摘　　要：本文介绍了切圆锅炉一种摆动式燃烧器摆动装置的检修方法,重点介绍了燃烧器摆动装置的工作原理、检修步骤、检查问题及分析处理,旨在彻底消除各种引起燃烧器上下摆动障碍的因素,使燃烧器摆动性能得以稳定发挥,最终在锅炉调试及运行阶段,燃烧器摆动功能可以作为调节再热器汽温及降低锅炉出口NOx排放值的手段加以灵活运用。该方法也可以为同类设备的检修维护工作提供一定的参考。The overhaul measures of one swing device in burner are introduced, priority introduce the work principles of the swing device, overhaul processes, checking and disposals of correlative mat- ters, so the diversified factor that baffle the swing of burner are removed and than the swing function of burner can work steadily, ultimately, the swing device can adjust the reheater temperature and the NOx value at boiler exit when boiler is working. And the relevant solutions are given for refer- ence of similar devices overhaul.
