摘　　要：介绍了众泰煤焦化的地面除尘站系统装置及工艺流程,通过分析查找,认为布袋反吹效果差和系统翻板损坏是造成地面除尘站出现爆鸣和布袋燃烧事故的原因,并采取了相应的安全和技术防控措施,取得了预期效果。This paper introduced the ground dust collecting station system of zhongtai coal coking Co., Ltd., analyzed the causes of explosion whistle and bag burning in the ground dust collecting station. We considered that the bad effect of bag back blowing and the damage of reverse turning bed are the cause of the accident. And formulated corresponding safety and technical control measures, achieved good results.
