摘　　要：一系列的"房地产新政",是中央针对中国房地产市场房价暴涨实行的一种干预手段,这种干预手段的实施具有经济法学和经济社会学的理论支撑。文章分析了中国房地产市场房价暴涨的因素,并从经济法学和经济社会学视域对中国"房地产新政"进行评析,以便更全面、深刻、细致地把握新政的内涵及其意义,以期达到共识。The series of new real estate policies are intervention measures the central government taken to deal with real estate price soaring.The economic law and economic sociology offer theoretical supports for these measures.This paper briefly analyzed the factors that caused the real estate price soaring and commented on China＇s new real estate policies from the perspective of economic law and economic sociology to understand the intentions of the new policies more comprehensively,profoundly and detailedly and to get consensus.
