摘 要:目的分析长白山复序橐吾不同溶剂萃取物中黄酮类成分.方法以复序橐吾叶为材料,选择极性不同的溶剂(溶剂极性:水>乙醇>乙酸乙酯>正丁醇>氯仿>石油醚)进行分级萃取;以黄酮类成分为目标化合物,通过3种显色反应、紫外扫描及总黄酮含量的测定对各溶剂萃取部分进行定性定量分析.结果复序橐吾不同溶剂萃取物都有一定的颜色反应和黄酮类化合物的紫外吸收特征;除水层外,各溶剂萃取物总黄酮含量为0.22%~7.90%.结论复序橐吾叶中含有不同种类的黄酮类成分,本试验可为长白山复序橐吾化学成分的研究提供参考.Objective To analyze the flavonoids in different solvent extracts of Ligularia jaluensis in Changbai Mountain. Method The leaves of Ligularia jaluensis were used in this study as the materials, solvents with different polarity (solvent polarity:water〉 ethanol〉 ethyl acetate〉 n-butanol〉 chloroform〉 petroleum ether) were utilized for graded extraction; The flavonoids were the target compounds, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of each solvent extraction was carried out by three kinds of color reaction, UV scanning and total flavonoid content determination. Results The different solvent extracts of Ligularia jaluensis have a certain color reaction and the UV absorption characteristics of flavonoids;The contents of total flavonoids in the extracts from different kinds of solvents were between 0.22% and 7.90% except for the water extract. Conclusion The leaves of Ligularia jaluensis contains different kinds of flavonoids, the present study provides a novel method for the study of chemical constituents in Ligularia jaluensis.
