摘　　要：国家助学贷款是一项惠民政策,让很多寒门学子得以完成大学学业,但贷款违约问题却影响了国家助学贷款政策的良性发展。高校国家助学贷款违约有主、客观原因,可针对这些原因寻找解决的对策。The national student loan is a policy enables many poor students to finish college education, but the loan default problem has affected the healthy development of the national student loan policy. There are subjective and objective reasons for the breach of the state student loan in universities, which can be used to solve these problems.
