摘　　要：介绍了一款摩托车置物箱下盖注射模结构,采用了4组内滑块与3组斜顶通过依次动作完成塑件内部环状倒扣抽芯运动。通过力学分析计算,找出了斜顶顶出滞后产生的原因,进而采用斜导柱驱动斜顶滑座运动,抵抗斜顶滑座移动滞后,解决了斜顶型芯与其下推块产生干涉的问题。An injection mold design for lower cover of motorcycle top case was introduced, there were four inner sliders and three lifters used in turn to remove the components from internal ring-shape undereut area. By mechanical analysis and calculation, the cause of lifter ejection lag was found. We used the angle pin to drive the lifter base to move to avoid its lag, which solved the interference between the lifter pin and the ejector block beneath.
