摘　　要：股利政策作为上市公司理财活动的三大核心内容之一,受到公司管理层以及投资者等财务报表使用者的关注。文章首先对股利政策的一般理论进行了概述,进而分析了物流上市公司股利政策存在的问题,然后提出相应的解决办法。Dividend policy, as one of the three core contents of financial activities of listed companies, is paid attention to by the users of financial statements, such as company management and investors. Firstly, this paper summarizes the general theory of dividend policy, and then analyzes the existing problems of dividend policy.
