耳背静脉割刺治疗扁平疣机理初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨耳背静脉割刺治疗扁平疣的疗效以及治疗前后外周血中细胞因子变化情况。方法选择扁平疣患者60例,治疗组为耳背静脉割刺治疗30例;对照组为外用0.1%维A酸软膏30例。选取治疗组痊愈患者的血清,运用细胞因子抗体芯片检测治疗前后血清中细胞因子的变化。结果治疗组30例患者中,痊愈16例(53.33%),总有效率为96.67%;对照组30例,痊愈1例(3.33%),总有效率为46.66%。治疗组痊愈率和总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组痊愈患者与治疗前相比,血清中GRO-α、IL-12p40p70、MIP-1β细胞因子的表达水平明显提高,但MIP-3α表达明显下降。结论耳背静脉割刺治疗扁平疣的疗效显著,其机理可能是通过调节机体的细胞免疫功能发挥疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of cutting ear vein in patients with verruca plana and the changes of cytokines in peripheral blood before and after treatment. Methods Thirty verruca plana patients were treated with cutting the ear vein, compared with thirty dealing with 0.1% A-dimensional acid ointment. Measure cytokines in peripheral blood of cure patients before and after treatment with cytokine antibody array. Results The treatment of 30 patients. The recovery of 16 cases and the total efficiency of 96.67%, the control group recovered 1, and the total efficiency of 46.7%. By Chi-square test, the cure rate and the difference of total efficiency in the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with that before treatment, the level of cytokines GRO- α , IL-12p40p70 and MIP-1 13 increased obviouslyand MIP-3 a significantly decreasedin serum of treatment group after 8 weeks. Conclusion Cutting ear vein have good treatment efficacyin verruca planaand it＇ s maybe targeting at the cytokines and modulating lymphocyte function.
