摘　　要：转向架交叉支撑装置对铁路货车的运行安全起着重要的作用,为保证其处于良好的工作状态,在车辆段修时需要对其进行探伤。本文简单介绍了对交叉支撑装置进行探伤作业的必要性,详细地分析了探伤作业前的准备工作、探伤作业的步骤和探伤标记的涂打等内容。Bogie cross support device plays an important role in the safe operation of railway freight cars. In order to ensure that it is in good working condition, it needs to be flaw detected when the vehicle is repaired. The necessity of flaw detection for the cross support device is briefly introduced in this paper. And the preparation work, the steps of the flaw detection work and the marking of the flaw marks are analyzed in detail.
