摘 要:采集巢湖40个表层和底层水样,采用GC-MS内标法测定水样中22种有机氯农药(OCPs)含量,并对其残留特征、来源和风险进行了分析。结果表明:22种有机氯农药中检测到16种,巢湖表层水和底层水中总有机氯农药浓度范围分别是0.17~2.89 ng·L-1和0.01~3.49 ng·L-1,表层水中OCPs的浓度低于底层水。组成和来源分析表明DDTs来源于工业DDT的残留、三氯杀螨醇以及船舶的防污材料;而HCH来自施用农药后的残留。We collected forty samples of surface water and bottom water from Chaohu Lake. The con-centration of 22 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in the samples were determined by GC-MS with theinternal standard methods. The results showed that sixteen types of OCPs were detected, and the con-centrations of total OCPs in the surface water and the bottom water varied from 0.17 to 2.89 ng L-1and from 0.01 to 3.49 ng L-1. The concentration of OCPs in the surface water is lower than that ofthe bottom water. The main sources of DDTs were residue from technical DDTs and the recent use ofdicofol, as well as antifouling paints for ships, while HCHs were most likely primarily derived fromaged technical-grade HCH and lindane.
