摘　　要：针对某MPV车型蠕动爬行时缓慢踩刹车变速箱异响进行探索性试验研究,通过整车道路试验对异响进行评估。对试验结果的分析处理,得出双离合器传递扭矩的不均匀性与变速箱异响之间的关联性。调整双离合器从动盘的安装工艺,解决该车型的异响问题。试验研究所得结论对离合器设计和变速箱异响检测有重要参考价值。An exploratory experiment is carried out for the abnormal sound caused by automobile trans-mission clutch when a MPV brakes slowly after creep. The abnormal sound is assessed through vehicleroad test. From the comparison and analysis results, the correlation between clutch uneven torque andabnormal sound is confirmed. Finally through phase of clutch driven plate adjustment, the problem ofabnormal sound is solved. The conclusion of experimental research will be of great significance inclutch design and transmission abnormal sound detection.
