摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,时代的进步,我国经济法在不断的进步发展中逐渐形成成熟的体系。我国经济法在具体的实施期间存在各种形式的问题,而这些问题就会对我国经济法施行工作中造成不良的影响。所以,就要准确了解其中存在的问题,并利用行之有效的措施和办法来进行治理和缓解,才能够更好地促进我国经济法在实际的工作中得到应用。论文就经济法实施若干问题进行仔细的研究和探讨。With the development of society, the progress of the times, the economic law of our country has gradually formed a mature system in the continuous development process. China＇s economic law in the specific implementation period has various forms of problems, and these problems will affect our economic law in the normal work of the adverse effects. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the existing problems accurately, and use effective measures and methods to control and alleviate them, after these, we can better promote the application of our economic law in the practical work. In this paper, several issues of the implementation of economic law are carefuly studied and discussed.
