摘　　要：大部分工程建设中,土地资源都是十分紧缺的局势,一些开发商为博取更多的经济收益,一再扩大楼宇的建设用地,而最终的绿化用地和停车场地所剩无几,还有一方面重点原因是,现在的家用汽车已经成为家庭生活中最普遍的一种代步工具,显然有限的土地资源是跟不上人们的使用需求的,为此,现今大部分城市中,不论是居民建筑区还是商业建筑区内,需要大量引进立体车库,用来缓解车库紧张的问题。In most of the engineering project, land resources are very scarce. Some developers in order to gain more economic benefits, arid repeatedly expand the building land, finally, the green land and parking space is very small. And another key reason is that the domestic automobile has become one of the most common travel tools of family life. It is obviously that limited land resources can＇t keep up with the use of the people demand. Therefore, nowadays, in most of the city, in order to alleviate the problem of the shortage of the garage,it is necessary to introduce a large number of three-dimensional garages both in residential building area and commercial building area.
