摘 要:向造纸废水中接种城市污水处理厂污泥启动乙醇型发酵,考察了污泥接种量、进水COD、pH值和ORP值对造纸废水启动的乙醇型发酵形成情况的影响。在pH值范围为12.8~13.0和ORP值范围为-305^-330 m V的条件下,污泥接种量为10 g和进水COD为10 g/L的启动系统运行18~22 d后,最终得到的乙醇浓度为14.87 g/L,表明该启动系统已演替成为乙醇型发酵类型。该研究结果为造纸废水资源化利用提供了新思路。The ethanol-type fermentation was initiated by inoculating the sludge of the municipal sewage treatment plant into paper-making wastewater:the effects of the amount of inoculated sludge,COD of the influent,pH value and ORP value on the formation of the ethanol-type fermentation initiated by paper-making wastewater were investigated.Under the conditions of pH value range of 12.8 ~ 13.0 and ORP value range of-305 ~-330 m V,the start-up system that the amount of inoculated sludge and the COD of the influent were 10 g and 10 g/L respectively was operated for 18 ~ 22 days,the final ethanol concentration of14.87 g/L was obtained,showing that the start-up system could be transformed into ethanol-type fermentation.The study results provided a new idea for the utilization of paper-making wastewater.
