摘　　要：从抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞转移、化疗增敏等方面对近年来国内外有关虎杖抗肿瘤机制研究进展作一综述。认为虎杖性味苦平,具有清热解毒,活血化瘀等功效。现代药理研究表明虎杖提取物白藜芦醇具有抗肿瘤的药理活性。This paper introduced the worldwide recent progress on the anti-tumor mechanism of Polygon- um cuspidatum from the aspects of inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells, inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells, inhibiting the metastasis of tumor cells and enhancing the sensitivity of chemotherapy. Polygonum cuspi- datum has the effects of heat-clearing and detoxieating, activating blood circulation. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that resveratrol extracted from Polygonum cuspidatum has antitumor activity.
