循经按摩结合穴位贴敷疗法干预卒中相关性肺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察循经按摩结合穴位贴敷干预治疗卒中相关性肺炎(SAP)的临床效果。方法:将80例卒中相关性肺炎患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予经验抗生素治疗和护理;治疗组在对照组治疗和护理基础上加用手指点穴、循经按摩和穴位贴敷疗法,2次/d。疗程均为10 d。通过观察对比2组患者治疗前及治疗10 d后的临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)变化,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:治疗10 d后,治疗组的有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05)。结论:循经按摩干预治疗卒中相关性肺炎可提高治疗总有效率,有效控制肺部感染症状、体征。Objective： To observe the effects of meridian massage combined with acupoint application on stroke associated pneumonia （SAP）. Methods： The 80 patients with SAP were divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given empirical antibiotic therapy and nursing; The treatment group on the basis of the control group treatment and care, was given massage with finger point, meridian massage combined with acupoint application, 2 times a day. A course is 10 days. By observing the contrast in the two groups before and after 10 days of treatment in patients with clinical pulmonary infection score （CPIS） change compares the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results： 10 days after treatment, the effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%, significantly higher than the control group of 65.0% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Meridian massage combined with acupoint application can improve the total effect, and improve the symptoms and signs of pulmonary infection.
