摘　　要：通过对代谢物组学多方面的归纳,系统分析了代谢组学的发展,同时也分析了代谢组学对中药毒性以及作用机制的研究,以及对代谢组学在中药研究中所具有的应用价值来进行研究,为代谢组学的应用提供依据。In recent years metabonomics based on its unique advantages is applied in pharmaceutical, biol- ogy and medicine and other fields, metabonomics can reflect the biological characteristics from the overall level, determine the mechanisms of drug action, it is conducive to the development of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. This article through to the metabolites omics various induction, system analysis of the devel- opment of metabonomics, through the analysis of metabonomics toxicity and mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine research, summarized the application of metabonomics in traditional Chinese medicine research value; provided a basis for the application of metabonomics.
