浅议公立医院行风廉政建设和教育

摘　　要：行风廉政教育和建设是反腐倡廉工作的重要组成部分,也是提高医务人员廉洁行医的他律准绳。只有将监督执纪的"第一种形态"广泛地运用于医院行风建设的每个环节,才能在真正意义上体现突出抓早抓小,用纪律管住大多数。该文通过总结分析某公立医院行风廉政建设的做法,提出:医院加强行风建设,要让全院职工牢记宗旨,守住底线,不越红线,坚持做人民满意的医务工作者。Professional ethos the integrity education and construction is an important part of the anti-corruption work,but also is the principle of heteronomy of improving the medical staff＇ s clean practice.Only the supervision and discipline of the ＂first form＂ is widely used in hospital＇s construction in every aspect, then it can reflect catching problems early and catching problems small in a real sense, and so using party discipline to control the majority.In this paper,through the analysis of public hospital clean government practices, improve the hospital to strengthen style building,keep in mind the purpose of party constrution and education,holding the bottom line, not crossing the red line, adhereing to making people satisfied with the medical workers.
