排便护理干预对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨排便护理干预对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者的排便影响。方法:选择心脏瓣膜置换术后患者100例作为研究对象,将入选的患者随机分为对照组与干预组,每组50例。干预组的患者进行排便护理干预,与对照组进行比较。结果:干预组患者进行排便护理干预后,排便成功率明显高于对照组。结论:心脏瓣膜置换术后的患者经过排便护理干预后,发生便秘的概率明显下降,增加了舒适度,减少了因便秘而用力排便所造成的并发症。Objective：To observe the effect of nursing intervention on defecation in patients after cardiac valve replacement.Methods：100 patients with cardiac valve replacement were selected as the research object, and the patients were randomly divided into observation group and intervention group.Each group of 50 cases, the intervention group of patients with defecation nursing intervention, compared with the eontrol group.Results：in the intervention group, the success rate of defecation was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion：defecation nursing intervention for patients with heart valve replacement after the occurrence of constipation decreased the probability of increasing the patient＇s comfort,reduce the complications due to constipation and forced defecation.
