摘 要:目的:了解儿童血液净化模式的选择及疾病分布特点。方法:收集306例血液净化患儿病例进行回顾性分析。结果:应用最多的模式是血液灌流(HP,165例,53.9%),其次是连续性血液净化(CBP,96例,31.4%),CBP+HP 29例,腹膜透析(PD)13例,免疫吸附(IA)、血浆置换(PE)及CBP+HP+PE各1例。急性中毒占首位(131例,42.8%),其次是肾脏疾病(93例,30.4%),血液净化有逐年增加的趋势。临床愈后,治愈224例(73.2%),好转48例(15.7%),死亡20例(6.5%),放弃治疗15例。结论:血液净化为儿童多种疾病提供了安全有效的治疗或辅助治疗,模式的选择应综合考虑患儿的原发病、临床状态、医院的设备条件和肾脏专业人员的训练。Objective:To investigate the pattern of children's blood purification and distribution characteristics of disease.Methods:306 children with blood purification were studied who were hospitalized in Hospital.Results:The most mode was hemoperfusion(HP,165,53.9% ),followed by continuous blood purification (CBP,96,31.4%),CBP+HP 29 cases,13 cases of peritoneal dialysis (PD),Immunoadsorption (IA), plasma exchange (PE) and CBP + HP + PE Each 1 case.The most disease was acute poisoning (131,42.8%), kidney disease(93,30.4%) followed by, blood purification is increasing year by year.Clinical prognostic, 220 cases (73.1%)cured, 47 cases (15.6%) got better, 20 cases died (6.6%), 15 cases were automatic hospital discharge.Conclusion:Blood purification provide safe and effective treatment for children with a variety of diseases or adjuvant therapy, the model should be selected considering the patient's state of the primary disease, clinical and hospital equipment conditions and kidney professional personnel training.
