摘 要:目的探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎的全程系统护理措施及其效果。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月我院收治的小儿喘憋性肺炎患儿96例,平均分成两组,对照组患儿应用氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗,研究组患儿在治疗基础上做好全程系统护理。结果研究组患儿应用全程系统护理及氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗之后,有效率可达到93.8%,相比对照组的72.9%,研究组治疗效果显著好于对照组患儿(P<0.05);比较治疗前后两组患儿血气分析指标的变化情况,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿喘憋性肺炎患儿在应用氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗基础上,做好全程系统护理干预,能够进一步改善治疗效果。Objective To explore the whole-system integrated care measure combined with oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation in treating children's asthmatic pneumonia and its effect. Methods 96 children with asthmatic pneumonia admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were chosen and averaged into two groups. The children in the control group were treated with oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation therapy. The whole-system integrated care was made on the basis of the treatment in the study group. Results The effective rate of the study group was 93.8% after application of the whole-system integrated care combined with oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation adjuvant therapy,significantly better than that of the control group (72.9%) (P〈0.05). The changes of blood gas analysis indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the changes in the study group was better than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Whole-system integrated care intervention on the basis of oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation adjuvant therapy in children with asthmatic pnemnonia can further improve the therapeutic effect.
