尿道肉阜行环切联合尿道-阴道间距延长术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨尿道肉阜患者接受环切联合尿道-阴道间距延长术与尿道外口黏膜环切术治疗的临床效果及并发症发生情况。方法回顾分析2013年6月~2014年12月于我院接受治疗的80例尿道肉阜患者临床资料,随机将80例患者分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组行尿道外口黏膜环切术进行治疗,观察组给予环切联合尿道-阴道间距延长术治疗,比较观察组与对照组临床疗效及术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组与对照组并发症发生率分别为12.5%、32.5%,且观察组的总有效率(95.0%)明显优于对照组(72.5%),观察组患者手术所用时间(59.2±7.7)min、术中出血量(26.7±6.3)mL、住院时间(7.2±2.1)d,明显比对照组的(99.6±11.8)min、(46.5±9.5)mL、(9.3±2.8)d少,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿道肉阜患者采用环切联合尿道-阴道间距延长术治疗效果明显,值得在临床大力推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and complications of urethral-vaginal distance extension surgery and external urethral orifice mucosal ring-shaped resection. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with urethral caruncle treated in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40）. The control group was treated with external urethral orifice mucosal ring-shaped resection, and the observation group was given ring-shaped resection combined with urethral-vaginal distance extension surgery. The clinical efficacy,intraoperative blood loss, operation time, length of stay and the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group was 12.5% and 32.5% respectively. The clinical treatment effect of the observation group （95.0%） was significantly better than that of the control group （72.5%）. The time of operation[（59.2±7.7） min], intraoperative blood 1oss[（26.7±6.3） mL] and the time of hospitalization [（7.2±2.1） d] in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group[（99.6±11.8） min, （46.5±9.5） mL and（9.3±2.8） d]. And the data between the two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of ring-shaped resection combined with urethral-vaginal distance extension surgery in patients with urethral caruncle is effective and is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
