金天格胶囊联合福善美对膝关节炎伴骨质疏松症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨金天格胶囊联合福善美片用于膝骨关节炎伴骨质疏松症患者治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的膝骨关节炎伴骨质疏松症患者130例,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组患者给予扶关他林缓释片口服治疗,研究组患者给予金天格胶囊和福善美片治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后WOMAC情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为93.85%,明显高于对照组78.46%(P<0.05);研究组治疗后WOMAC评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金天格胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎伴骨质疏松症患者既能长期维持较好疗效又能改善关节功能,提高患者活动度,改善生活质量,在临床治疗中安全,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jintiange capsule combined with Fushanmei tablets in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis complicated with osteoporosis. Methods 130 patients with knee osteoarthritis complicated with osteoporosis who were admitted to our hospital were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The control group was given Voltaren sustained release tablet, and the study group was given Jintiange capsule and Fushanmei tablet. The clinical efficacy and WOMAC situation before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate was 93.85% in the study group, which was significantly higher than that of 78.46% in the control group（P〈0.05）; WOMAC score in the study group after the treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jintiange capsule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis complicated with osteoporosis can maintain the favorable efficacy for a long term, improve the joint function, enhance the patients＇ activity and improve the quality of life, which is safe in clinical treatment, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
