摘　　要：目的了解我县目前基层妇保人员对孕期体重管理的认识及实施状况,以进行针对性的相关知识培训,促进孕期体重管理的实施。方法采用问卷调查方法对县内卫生院37名妇保人员孕期体重管理培训前后实施孕期体重管理状况进行调查分析。结果通过孕期体重管理培训,基层妇保人员对孕期体重管理相关知识的认识及实施有了明显的改善。结论培训使基层妇保人员获得孕期体重管理的知识与技能,建立管理的信心,有利于孕期体重管理的推广实施。Objective To understand the current understanding and implementation of the weight management of grassroots units maternal and child health personnel in our county, and to carry out targeted knowledge training to promote the implementation of weight management during pregnancy. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the status of weight management of 37 maternal and child health personnel before and after pregnancy weight management training. Results Through the training of weight management during pregnancy, the awareness and implementation of the weight management of grass-roots units maternal and child health personnel were improved obviously. Conclusion The training makes grassroots pregnant women obtain weight management knowledge and skills during pregnancy, and helps them establish management confidence, and is also conducive to the implementation of pregnancy weight management.
