强化助产士培训对提高产科质量的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨通过加强助产士的综合素质培训及考核对提高产科质量的效果。方法选择2016年1~10月在我院分娩的全部产妇2026例作为观察组,选择2014年1~10月在我院分娩的全部产妇1980例作为对照组,比较两组产妇的会阴侧切率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率、剖宫产率。结果观察组的各项指标均明显低于对照组,差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过加大对助产士的培训考核力度,全面提高助产士的综合素质,可以显著改善分娩结局,对产科质量的提升具有重要作用。Objective To explore the effect of strengthening the comprehensive quality training and assessment of midwives on improving the quality of obstetrics. Methods 2026 cases of all mothers who gave birth at the hospital from January to October in 2016 were taken as the observation group. All the mothers who were delivered in the hospital from January to October in 2014 were selected as the control group. The perineum lateral episiotomy rate, postpartum hemorrhage rate, neonatal asphyxia rate and cesarean section rate between the two groups were compared. Results The indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The comprehensive improvement of the overall quality of midwives by strengthening the midwife training assessment efforts can significantly improve the outcome of delivery and plays ＇an important role in the improvement of obstetric quality.
