摘　　要：目的探讨胰十二指肠切除术后胃瘫的护理体会。方法回顾性分析2015年3月~2017年1月期间我科胰十二指肠切除术后胃瘫患者的临床治疗、护理措施及效果。结果 78例患者行胰十二指肠切除术后,共7例患者出现胃瘫,通过综合治疗及护理后均痊愈出院。结论患者胰十二指肠切除术后发生胃瘫时,采取积极肠内、肠外营养支持是关键措施,预防电解质紊乱和给予心理护理可提供有效帮助。Objective To explore the nursing experience of gastroparesis after pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods Clinical treatment, nursing measures and effect of patients with gastroparesis after pancreaticoduodenectomy were analyzed retrospectively in our department from March 2015 to January 2017. Results There were 7 cases of gastroparesis after pancreaticoduodenectomy in all of 78 patients, all these 7 patients were cured and discharged after combined treatment and nursing. Conclusions The key measures are to take active enteral and parehteral nutrition support, while prevention of electrolyte disorders and psychological care can provide effective help when patient with gastroparesis after pancreatoduodenectomy.
