摘　　要：HIMA公司系列产品在安全控制领域中被广泛应用,西气东输中卫压气站西一线使用HIMA F30系列控制器作为ESD系统,其高可靠性和高安全性保障中卫压气站安全平稳高效运行已十几年,基于HIMA系统在中卫压气站的应用,详细阐述了HIMA系统架构、软硬件组成、数据通讯过程以及系统运行操作,并对生产运行中存在的问题进行分析,最后进行总结,HIMA系统在安全控制领域具有一定优势。HIMA products are widely used in the field of safety control.HIMA F30 controller is used as the ESD system in the west-east gas pipeline zhongwei compressor station.Zhongwei compressor station has been running smoothly and efficiently more than and 10 years because of its high reliability and high security.Based on this,this paper describes the HIMA system architecture,hardware and software composition,data communication process and system operation. Then analyzing some problems in the production operation.Last,the paper points out the HIMA system has some advantages in the field of safety control.
