摘 要:目的:探讨脑出血患者并发肺部感染的主要危险因素。方法:随机选取2013年6月-2016年8月本院收治的78例脑出血患者作为研究对象,其中31例并发肺部感染患者作为观察组,47例无感染患者作为对照组,对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:不同脑出血部位的肺部感染发生率也不同,其中脑室出血患者肺部感染发生率最高,与其他出血部位发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑出血患者并发肺部感染与吸烟、年龄、意识障碍、吞咽困难与气管切开、气管插管、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、心脏病、低蛋白血症、糖尿病均存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。观察组患者格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、意识障碍、慢性阻塞性肺病、吸烟等均为导致脑出血并发肺部感染的危险因素,脑出血部位与并发肺部感染的发生存在密切相关性。Objective: To explore the main risk factors for cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection.Method: From June 2013 to August 2016, 78 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects, including 31 cases complicated with lung infection patients as observation group, and 47 patients with non infected as the control group, the clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Result: The incidence of pulmonary infection was different in different sites of cerebral hem,frhage, the incidence of pulmonary infection in patients with intraventricular hemorrhage was the highest, compared with other bleeding sites, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Age, disturbance of consciousness, smoking, difficulty swallowing, heart disease, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) all were risk factors for lung infection ( P〈0.05 ) .The GCS score of observation group was significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: Age, disturbance of consciousness, COPD, smoking and all that are risk factors for lung infection, cerebral hemorrhage complicated with lung infection is significantly related to hemorrhage sites.
