摘 要:随着中国经济的不断发展,用电需求不断增长,为了降低用电高峰时段电网的用电负荷以及供电压力,峰谷分时电价受到越来越多的关注。参照美国加州较为完善的峰谷分时电价体系,结合国内实际用电情况对实施峰谷电价进行研究,在此基础上设计一种新的峰谷电价机制,进一步对商业用电方式进行优化,建立一种新的电力交易机制。最后,以某一超市为例,参考现有的电价体系对其目前的用电情况及成本费用进行相关分析,参照美国加州E-7峰谷分时电价体系对其用电情况进行测算,提出一种新的峰谷电价机制,进一步对超市用电进行优化设计。With the continuous development of China's economy,the power demand is continuously increasing. In order to decrease the electric load of power grid at peak and the pressure of power supply,the electric price at the peak valley time receives more and more attention. In reference to the California's relatively perfect system of electric price at the peak valley time,and combined with the actual electric consumption at home,this paper conducts a study on the electric price at the peak valley time,designs a new mechanism of it,and further optimizes the commercial electricity and establishes a new power trading mechanism. Finally,with an example of three types of power supply scheduling,the model was simulated and calculated in different Monte Carlo scenarios. The example shows thatthe planning model in this paper could optimize the power generation scheduling and crewcoordination in the uncertain environment and market conditions, and have the ability to help companies develop reasonably beneficial expectations and effectively avoid risks.
