摘 要:研究新疆红花总黄酮(红花总黄酮)的提取工艺及其对CCD966SK细胞受紫外线损伤的保护和修复功能。采用单因素实验对红花总黄酮的提取工艺进行探索,并以紫外线照射伤害方式考察红花总黄酮对培养的CCD966SK细胞的修复和保护能力。结果显示:新疆红花与60%乙醇溶液料液比为1:12,回流提取1.5 h,重复提取3次,红花总黄酮提取率可达12.83 mg/g;当红花总黄酮浓度为500μg/m L时,红花总黄酮对CCD966SK细胞有良好的紫外线损伤的保护和修复功能。The extraction technology of total flavonoids from safflower (Safflower total flavonoids) and the protective and repairing effects on CCD966SK cells by UV-ray are studied. The extraction of Safflower total flavonoids is studied by single factor experiment, and the repairing and protective effects of Safflower total flavonoids on CCD966SK cells are investigated by UV-irradiation. The results show that the extraction condition is: ratio of Xinjiang safflower to 60% ethanol is 1 : 12, 1.5 hour of reflux, and 3 times of extraction respectively; when the concentration of safflower total flavonoids is 500 μg/mL, it has a good orotective and reoairing effects on UV damage of the CCD966SK cells.
