摘 要:从水处理角度研究了剑水蚤生存和繁殖条件,通过模拟试验发现,水蚤繁殖速度的影响因子依次是:温度>水体营养物>光照时间。剑水蚤的适宜繁殖条件是:CODMn5.8~11.4mg/L、总氮0.53~0.77 mg/L、总磷0.025~0.041 mg/L、水温15~20℃以及光照时间12 h/d。剑水蚤大量孳生的显著征兆是水温15~20℃,通过监测水温变化可以预警剑水蚤暴发,提前采取有效的措施控制剑水蚤污染程度,保障饮用水安全。The survival and reproduction of Cyclops were studied from the point of view of water treatment, the results showed that influencing factors of reproduction rate of Cyclops were : temperature 〉 nutrient in water 〉 illumination time. The suitable condition for the reproduction of Cyclops were : CODM. 5.8 to 11. 4 mg/L, total nitrogen 0. 53 to 0. 77 mg/L, total phosphorus 0. 025 to 0. 041 rag/L, temperature 15 to 20℃, illumination time 12 h/d. Significant signs of a large number of breeding was temperature at 15 to 20℃. Detection of temperature variation could alarm the outbreak of Cyclops, effective measures could be taken in advance to control the degree of contamination in order to ensure drinking water safety.
