干扰素联合高渗盐水对呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患者临床症状及生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的研究干扰素联合3%高渗盐水对呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患者临床症状及生化指标的影响。方法选取从2015年6月至2016年8月,于我院接受治疗的呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患者90例,以数字法随机分为观察组及对照组各45例。两组患者均给予常规综合治疗,在此基础上观察组患者给予干扰素联合3%高渗盐水治疗,对比两组效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),显著高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发热、喘憋、肺部哮鸣音消失时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CD_3^+、CD_4^+水平均显著高于治疗前,而CD_8^+显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组间治疗前后对比无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%(3/45),显著低于对照组的26.67%(12/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干扰素联合3%高渗盐水治疗呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的临床效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To study the effect of interferon combination hypertonic saline on clinical symptoms and biochemical indexes of patients with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia. Methods From June 2015 to August 2016, 90 patients with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases in each group. All of them were given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with interferon combined with 3% hypertonic saline. The effect was evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 95.56% （43/45） in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 77. 78% of the control group （35/45） （ P〈0. 05）. Fever, shortness of breath and lung wheezing sound disappear time were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of CD3＋ and CD4＋ were significantly higher, and CDs was significantly lower after treatment in the two groups （ P〈0. 05 ） , but no obvious difference was found after treatment between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions was 6. 67% （3/45） in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 26. 67% in the control group （12/45） （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Interferon combined with 3% hypertonic saline has significant effect in the treatment of respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
