肠内免疫营养制剂对于AECOPD患者临床多项指标疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察临床应用肠内免疫营养制剂对AECOPD患者营养状况及免疫和急性炎性反应的影响。方法选取我院进行诊治的94例AECOPD患者,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各47例,分别给予自制匀浆膳、肠内免疫营养制剂治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的营养状况和免疫、急性炎性反应。结果治疗后两组患者的Ig A水平无明显变化(P>0.05),其它各项炎性、免疫及营养指标均较治疗前明显改善,组间比较,TNF-α无明显差异(P>0.05),其它各项指标观察组改善程度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组住院时间、吸氧时间及气管插管拔除时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用肠内免疫营养制剂能明显改善AECOPD患者的营养状况及免疫和急性炎性反应。Objective To observe the effect of enteral nutrition on nutritional status and immune function and acute inflammatory reaction in patients with AECOPD. Methods 94 cases of AECOPD were selected in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given serf-made homogenate diet, and the observation group was given enteral nutrition therapy. Their nutritional status and immune function and acute inflammatory reaction were observed. Results There was no significant changes in IgA level between the two groups after treatment （P 〉 0. 05 ）, and other inflammatory, immune and nutritional indexes improved significantly after treatment, and the improvement was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group except TNF-alpha （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The duration of hospital stay, oxygen time and extubation time were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical application of enteral immune nutrition can significantly improve the nutritional status and immune and acute inflammatory re- action in AECOPD patients.
