摘  要:目的探索一种下颈椎椎弓根螺钉置钉入点的解剖学特征。方法选择13例患者下颈椎进行CT扫描和三维重建,测量下颈椎椎弓根轴向投射断面中心点与上关节突关节面下缘线和侧块外侧缘凹陷中点之间的位置关系。结果 C_(3~6)椎体椎弓根轴向投射断面中心点均在上关节突关节面下缘线和侧块外侧缘凹陷中点垂线所形成的夹角内。C_7椎体椎弓根轴向投射断面中心点在上关节突关节面下缘线下2.5mm与侧块下切迹内侧7.0mm的交点处。结论上关节突关节面下缘线和侧块外侧缘凹陷及C_7侧块下切迹对椎弓根螺钉入点的定位有一定的指导意义。Objective To investigate anatomical characteristics of a point of screw insertion for lower cervical pedicle.Methods 13 cases of patients were performed lower cervical CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction. The position relationships between the central point of the axial projection of the lower cervical pedicle and descender line of superior articular facet and midpoint of sag of lateral border of lateral mass were measured. Results The central points of the axial projection of C3 ~ 6 pedicles were all within the included angle between descender line of superior articular facet and vertical line passing the midpoint of sag of lateral border of lateral mass. The central point of the axial projection of C7 pedicles was at the intersection of 2. 5mm below the descender line of superior articular facet and 7. 0mm inner inferior notch of lateral mass. Conclusion Descender line of superior articular facet and sag of lateral border and inferior notch of lateral mass of C7 have some directive significances for positioning of pedicle screw insertion point.
