摘  要:采用LabVIEW开发平台,按照模块化和结构分层设计思想,设计了一套风洞流场控制软件。软件包括上位运行管理和现场实时应用软件两部分,运行管理软件负责参数管理和试验调度,实时应用软件采集现场传感信息并依据试验要求实现风洞压力、位置闭环控制。风洞综合性能调试表明,软件功能完善,满足风洞多种试验工况流场控制要求,并且软件功能分层清晰、结构设计合理、可维护性强、易扩展,为新建风洞流场控制软件开发提供了一种可靠的解决方案。Based on Lab VIEW platform,a wind tunnel flow field control software with modularity and structure hierarchy design ideas is designed,which consists of the operation management and field real-time application program.The operation management program is in charge of parameter management and test scheduling,and the real-time application program is in charge of the acquisition of sensor information and realizes pressure and position closed control according to the test requiremeats.The wind tunnel comprehensive performance tests prove that the software has perfect functions,which can satisfy the requirements of flow field control of multitest mode,and the software has characteristics of clear function layer,reasonable structure design,strong maintainablility,and is easy to extend product safety and efficiency,which provides a new,simple and reliable solution for newly-built wind tunnel.
